Terms of Service

The agreement between you and urmei when you use urmei Shop. Last updated 1 July 2026.

These terms govern your use of urmei Shop. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you continue.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping access to your registered email secure — we sign you in with a one-time code sent to it.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your region’s currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may cancel an order where an item is mispriced or out of stock, and you will be refunded in full.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or republish content from the platform without written permission.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s account or order history.
• Do not upload content you do not hold the rights to.

4. Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
